Minas Realties has been actively involved in the Buying and Selling of Real
Estate in the Hants West area since 1971 and over the years has seen many
changes.

But the one thing that remains the same today as before and that's the customer's
wanting to buy their first home or the home owner selling for the first time.
Real Estate is always an experience.

Now a little about myself...I was licensed in 1990 and like Minas Realties
I have witnessed many changes in our industry but the one constant that
doesn't change is the Buyer's want to buy and the Seller's need to sell.

What do I do?  I assist Buyer's and Seller's to identify their wants from their
needs and present a profile to the customer to make the process easier to
understand and stay within their budget.

A Seller's need is to understand what the market place is saying about their
home and it's my job to convey the comments in a positive manner; so, at the
end of the day the seller will receive an offer that's acceptable to them and
that then allows them to carry out their plans.

I feel my job is very exciting it allows me to be a part of your life for a short
time that's very emotional and full of expectations.  I count myself lucky to
be your REALTOR(R)
